Short-term day care and respite care at Windchime at the Village
Our community offers a wide range of services to ensure that your elderly or disabled loved one receives the best possible care. Whilst we primarily provide long-term residential care, we also understand that there may be times when you need a temporary break from your caregiving responsibilities. With that in mind, we offer short-term day care or respite care on a case-by-case basis.
We understand that providing care for a loved one can be an arduous and time-consuming task that often leaves caregivers feeling stressed and overwhelmed. It’s important for caregivers to take personal time to recharge their batteries and focus on their own needs. Respite care provides a welcome break and the chance to do just that.
Our respite care services are designed to provide caregivers with short-term relief for any number of reasons, including if the caregiver or another family member falls ill, if there is a sudden change in their work schedule where care is needed during the day, or if the caregiver is going on vacation. Additionally, respite care allows caregivers to take care of their own needs, such as shopping, attending appointments, exercising, or simply relaxing.
